Forney 48520 Stainless Steel TIG Filler Metal 1/16”x36” is an ER309L grade stainless steel welding rod designed for TIG welding applications. It contains silicon additives, which improve the weld pool’s fluidity and reduce cracking. With less than 0.03% carbon, it offers enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for welding dissimilar metals and heat-treated joints. The rod is 1/16 inch in diameter and 36 inches in length.
