What are the shipping options for my NixaHardware.com order?

We ship all orders via UPS Ground. You’ll see your shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your destination — no surprises before you place your order.

Where do you ship to?

 We ship to the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, and California.

Do you offer local delivery?

 Yes! We offer local delivery to addresses in our service area. Delivery cost is based on your location — please call us at (417) 725-3112 for pricing and availability.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, UPS Ground does not deliver to APO/FPO military addresses. If you need to ship to a military address, please contact us at (417) 725-3112 and we’ll do our best to help.

My order was damaged during shipment. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please photograph the damaged package and all contents immediately — keep all original packaging materials. Email us at sales@nixahardware.com with your photos and order number within 5 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue promptly.

Are shipping charges refunded for NixaHardware.com returns?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout using UPS Ground rates based on your package’s weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

UPS Ground typically delivers within 2–7 business days after leaving our location in Nixa, MO, depending on your destination. Orders are processed Monday–Friday; orders placed on the weekend will be processed the during the week.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No — UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address when placing your order. If you only have a P.O. Box, call us at (417) 725-3112 and we’ll work with you on an alternative.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Customers in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma can choose free in-store pickup at checkout.
