Beehive Bodies

Whether you’re starting your first hive or expanding an established apiary, having the right beehive bodies in the right configuration makes a difference in how well your colony grows and how manageable your inspections are. You’ll find deep supers for brood chambers, medium and shallow supers for honey production, queen excluders, shim spacers, and complete hive setups — available in both 8-frame and 10-frame sizes, assembled or unassembled. Most beekeepers start with a 10-frame deep for the brood box, but 8-frame equipment is lighter to lift and a reasonable choice if you’re managing hives on your own.
