Polyurethane Sealant
Polyurethane sealant is built for the tough spots — concrete expansion joints, masonry gaps, exterior window and door perimeters, and anywhere that sees real movement, moisture, or temperature swings. It bonds tenaciously to concrete, wood, metal, and masonry, and it stays flexible after curing rather than cracking like a rigid filler would. Color matching matters on exposed joints, with limestone, gray, and white being the most common options for blending with concrete and masonry work. This is a step up from standard latex caulk, and for exterior or below-grade applications, that difference is worth it.
