Bird House & Bat House

Bluebirds, wrens, and chickadees all nest in cavities, and they’re not going to make one themselves. A properly sized box mounted in the right spot gives them somewhere to set up without competing for hollow trees that aren’t there anymore. Bat houses work on the same idea. One colony can move through hundreds of mosquitoes in a night, which makes them useful neighbors come summer.
