I have a credit account with Nixa Hardware & Seed Co. How do I charge to this account using the website?

At this time store credit accounts cannot be linked to the online accounts. We hope to be able to offer this feature in the future.

Why don't you show all Nixa Hardware & Seed Co products online, even the ones only available in store?

Not all products that we sell in the stores are relevant to the online consumer experience. Even though our site product assortment continues to grow daily, we are constantly evaluating the “web-worthiness” of all our store products to determine whether they should be sold online or displayed for customer research and information reasons.

Why do you show products online that are currently not for sale online?

We showcase some of our most popular products online even though they are not feasible to sell online, because we like to give our customers a comprehensive view of all the items available

What is Order Online, Pick Up in Store?

Our Order Online, Pick Up in Store service allows you to order items from NixaHardware.com and pick them up at our store in Nixa, Missouri. Order online and allow our team to do your shopping. We will notify you when your order is ready and you can drive to the west side dock and pick it up.

Can I have someone else pick up my Order Pickup items?

Yes, We need the name and order number.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will get a notification from the store that your order is ready.

How long will my order be held at the store?

If you do not pick up your order at the schedule time it may be returned to inventory.

How will I know when my order ships?

When you place an order on NixaHardware.com, you’ll receive an email acknowledging your order and another email once the order has shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number provided from your shipping confirmation e-mail or the order status page, and go to the carrier’s website to continue tracking the shipment.
