For the most secure bond, always ensure that the surfaces you are working with are clean, dry, and free of any dust or grease. For non-porous materials, it’s a good practice to scuff up the surface with a bit of fine-grit sandpaper to give the adhesive something to grip onto. After applying the adhesive, apply firm, even pressure and allow the bond to cure for a full 24 hours to achieve maximum strength.
