Before applying this treatment, ensure your dog has not been bathed in the last 48 hours, as the natural oils in the skin are necessary to help distribute the product across the dog’s body. When applying, be sure to part the fur until you can see the skin and apply the entire contents of the tube directly along the skin, not on the hair, between the shoulder blades where your dog cannot reach to lick it. For best results, avoid bathing or letting your dog swim for at least 24 hours after application to allow the product to set up properly.
