Fimco Double Hose Barb Tee Nozzle Body Elbow is the critical fitting for branching and terminating the small-diameter hose lines on your multi-nozzle sprayer boom. This 3/8 inch tee fitting is made from corrosion-resistant nylon or polypropylene and features two 3/8 inch hose barbs for running your main line, plus an angled port designed to hold a standard quick-connect spray tip. It is built to seamlessly integrate with Fimco and other boom assemblies, offering a convenient 90-degree bend for routing the boom end hose while keeping the spray tip accurately positioned for consistent application.

When building a boom with these fittings, always use matching 3/8 inch ID hose and secure the hose barbs tightly with stainless steel spring clamps to prevent hose blowout under pressure. This fitting is often used as a Tee along the boom and also as the End Elbow where the line stops. If using it at the end of a boom, simply cap off the unused barb or use it for a small return line to the tank to reduce pressure spikes. Always remember to install a mesh strainer inside the cap before adding the spray tip to prevent clogging.
