Fimco Hose Barb Tee Nozzle Body Elbow is the critical fitting for constructing or repairing the boom ends on many Fimco and universal agricultural sprayers. This is specifically a 90-degree elbow that terminates one end of a boom line and accepts a spray tip. The fitting has an 11/16 inch Male Pipe Thread (MPS) on one side to receive a standard nozzle cap and tip, and a 1/2 inch hose barb on the other for connecting to a flexible hose line. Made from corrosion-resistant polypropylene, it provides a durable, leak-free angle needed to cleanly route the hose while allowing for accurate spray application.

When installing this elbow, remember that the 11/16 inch thread is a specialty nozzle thread, so do not try to mate it with standard NPT plumbing. Once the 1/2 inch hose is slid onto the barb, secure it with a good quality stainless steel spring clamp or hose clamp to prevent it from blowing off under pressure. These elbows are also internally threaded (1/4 inch FPT) under the nozzle body cap, which is useful if you ever need to attach a drop pipe or other auxiliary component.
