The Goldenrod 495 Fuel Tank Filter is a high-performance filtration system designed for various applications including farm, ranch, construction, and light industrial use. It features a see-through translucent polymer bowl that allows for visual monitoring of fuel flow, and effectively removes microscopic particles of 10 microns in size, including rust, sand, dirt, scale, and lint from fuel.

This filter is compatible with regular and unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and related additives including methyl, ethyl, and isopropyl alcohol. The replacement element for this model is 470-5. For optimal performance, regular inspection and replacement of the filter element are recommended when fuel flow becomes restricted.
