Jomax House Cleaner & Mildew Killer 1 qt is a concentrated, EPA-approved outdoor cleaning solution formulated to kill mold and mildew while removing dirt and stains from most exterior painted or non-porous surfaces. The patented formula contains a mildewcide, ChlorRelease bleach activator, and detergents, allowing it to clean effectively without scrubbing. When mixed with bleach and water, it is safe for use near plants and shrubs and will not damage painted surfaces when used as directed.

One quart of Jomax makes up to 5 gallons of cleaning solution, treating approximately 1,000 square feet. For use, mix with bleach and water according to label directions, apply with a garden sprayer, wait five minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Heavy mildew stains may require a second application or light scrubbing on textured surfaces. Always spray surrounding plants with water before and after application as a precaution. The product is for outdoor use only and should not be mixed with other chemicals or cleaners. Shelf life is up to 5 years when stored properly.
