Minwax Semi-Transparent Tung Oil Finish 1 pt is an oil-based wood finish that penetrates deep into wood fibers, enhancing and protecting interior wood surfaces with a warm, satin amber sheen. This finish provides a durable, hand-rubbed luster that revitalizes dry or refinished wood, making it ideal for furniture, antiques, cabinets, doors, paneling, and woodwork. It is easy to maintain—simply refresh the surface with another coat as needed.

Recommended application is with a brush or cloth, using 2–3 coats with a recoat time of 24 hours. The finish is not tintable, not UV-resistant, and intended for interior use only. Cleanup requires mineral spirits or paint thinner. Each pint covers approximately 62–75 sq. ft. The product is not mildew resistant and should not be used outdoors. Always follow safety instructions regarding ventilation and flammability during application and cleanup.
