To achieve the best results, use a clean microfiber towel or an applicator pad to rub the paste into the metal until a black residue appears. Once the area has been thoroughly worked, use a fresh, dry microfiber towel to buff away the residue before it dries. For wheels with intricate designs or heavy pitting, a foam polishing tool attached to a cordless drill can save significant time and provide a more uniform finish.
