O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Cream is a concentrated, unscented hand cream made to relieve and repair extremely dry, cracked skin on hands that see hard use. A small amount rubs in without a greasy feel, drawing moisture into the skin with glycerin and leaving a protective layer that helps hold it there through repeated hand washing. It targets split fingertips, chapped knuckles, and cracked palms caused by cold wind, fence wire, and long days of outdoor work.
