The Quik-Tube Concrete Form Tube 10” x 4’ is a lightweight, single-use forming tube designed for various concrete column applications including home or deck pilings, fence posts, mailboxes, and footings. Manufactured by multiple layers of high-quality fiber laminated with adhesive and coated to resist moisture, it promotes even concrete curing. This 10-inch diameter, 4-foot long tube simplifies column construction by eliminating the need for traditional wood forms. It can be installed below grade and extends up to 3 feet above ground level.

Installation involves digging a hole twice the tube diameter, placing the tube in the hole, and securing it with backfill or bracing. Concrete is poured inside the tube and rodded to eliminate air pockets; mechanical vibrators should not be used during placement. For footings, a gravel base and vertical rebar are recommended before placing the tube. The tube is designed for single use and should be stored off the ground, covered, and protected from moisture before use. This product supports a variety of residential and light commercial concrete column applications while streamlining the forming process and improving jobsite efficiency.
