To get the best hold, always clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely before peeling the liner and pressing the squares firmly into place for at least 30 seconds. Do not use these on delicate wallpaper or surfaces painted with flat (non-gloss) paint, as the strong adhesive may cause damage upon removal.
