The Varroa Easy Check is recognized for its accuracy and ease of use, with up to 80% efficacy in a single wash. It is suitable for beekeepers of all experience levels and is built to withstand repeated use. The device allows for quick sampling and calculation of infestation rates by dividing the number of mites found by 2 (for 200 bees) or 3 (for 300 bees). It is recommended to sample 300 bees for the most accurate results, but 200 bees can be used for weaker colonies. The tool is compatible with a variety of hive types and is widely regarded as an essential item for effective varroa management in modern beekeeping.
