The Ace Round Brown Plastic Self-Adhesive Slide Glides 3-1/2” 4 pk are the essential tool for anyone who needs to frequently move or rearrange heavier furniture on carpeted floors. These large, round pads adhere firmly to the bottom of the furniture leg and feature a smooth plastic base that allows the heaviest items to glide effortlessly across rugs and carpets. The 3-1/2 inch size is ideal for wider, heavier pieces like dressers or entertainment centers, ensuring the weight is distributed and you aren’t fighting friction. They protect your carpet from getting snagged or crushed, making vacuuming or repositioning furniture a one-person job.

When applying these self-adhesive glides, the furniture leg bottom must be clean and completely dry for the adhesive to bond properly. Use a light sandpaper to scuff the surface of varnished legs, then wipe away any dust before peeling the backing and firmly pressing the glide onto the center of the leg. Once they are attached, avoid sliding the furniture for at least an hour to allow the adhesive enough time to fully cure and prevent the pads from peeling off when first put under stress.
