The Hillman Galvanized Steel Anchor Shackle with Pin is a zinc coated connector for hooking up tow chains or securing a load in a truck bed. This 0.5″ shackle is forged from steel that won’t rust out even if it spends a wet winter in the mud. It gives you a firm point to clip a winch line when you are pulling a neighbor out of a ditch. The screw pin comes out by hand for quick rigging changes, but it stays put when under a heavy load.
