Environmental factors such as wind-blown dust, organic decay, and minerals can cause pond water to appear hazy or brown. This treatment utilizes advanced flocculant technology to bind these microscopic particles together. Once combined into larger clusters, the debris either sinks to the pond floor or is easily removed by the mechanical filtration system, resulting in a significantly clearer and more vibrant aquatic environment.

To achieve the best results, it is essential to ensure that your pond filter is clean before application, as it will quickly fill with the clumped debris. For ponds with very high levels of suspended solids, you may notice the water becoming slightly more cloudy immediately after application before it begins to clear; this is a normal part of the clumping process. Always provide adequate aeration through a fountain or bubbler when treating the water, as clarifying can occasionally affect oxygen levels if there is a large amount of decaying organic matter present. If the water remains cloudy after 24 hours, a second dose may be applied, provided the filter has been rinsed.
